ABOUT ME

Autumn Jackson is a graduate of Howard University with a B.A. in Media, Journalism, and Film. From a young age she was intrigued by storytelling whether she formulated her own narratives or enjoying family movie nights. Finding out how films were made peaked her interest and she started scriptwriting. Since taking her passion to Howard to pursue a career in filmmaking, she has gained experience as a director, writer, assistant director, sound operator, and a production assistant. She has done work for organizations and has been accepted into programs such as the Disney Storytellers Fund and WriterBoyFilms Dreamers Program. She aims to spark difficult conversations through her work, encouraging her audience to think about human nature and how they impact the world around them. Haunted and Faltered are her latest works to date.
